Biography

Lecturer, Boston International College. Bharatpur, Chitwan, Nepal.

My interest in entrepreneurship began during my Bachelor of Business Administration at Boston International College in Bharatpur. My final-year research studied a local dairy business, and I saw how much good ideas depend on good management.

That curiosity took me to La Trobe University in Melbourne, where I earned a Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and Innovation on a La Trobe Excellence Scholarship. In Australia I was also selected, from more than 6,000 international students, for an award to attend the CISA National Conference 2016 in recognition of my volunteering.

In 2019 I came home to Chitwan to teach. As a lecturer at Boston International College, I teach entrepreneurship, operations and the business environment through workshops, cases and simulations. From 2019 to 2024 I also led BIC Startups, the college’s business incubation program, and coordinated its Industry Connect program with local companies and government. I also advised the student-led Boston Center for Entrepreneurship and Leadership.

Today I combine teaching with research, training and mentoring. I study startup innovation, entrepreneurship education and digital technologies, and I plan to deepen this work through doctoral research.

Outside work, I volunteer in my community and am a blood donor.
