Teaching and academic activities
Lecturer at Boston International College since 2019, teaching business and entrepreneurship through practice.
Teaching philosophy
People learn entrepreneurship by practising it, not by memorising it. Since 2019 I have taught six courses at Boston International College, using workshops, real cases, projects, experiential learning and role-play simulations. In one simulation, students build and pitch a minimum viable product (MVP); my 2026 article studied how MBA graduates experienced it.
Three principles guide my teaching:
- Learn by doing. Entrepreneurship is a practice. People learn it best by testing ideas, not just reading about them.
- Keep it simple. Good tools are simple enough to use the next morning.
- Connect the classroom to the real world. Students, industry and government grow faster together.
